Works are progressing well to the new Aldi store at Countesswells Road, Aberdeen that commenced late November 2021.
All earthworks, foundations and concrete retaining wall structures are fully complete with the steel structure now fully erected. Works to the roofing have commenced along with substructure and associated superstructure blockwork.
The target is to have the concrete floor slab fully prepped and cast by the end of February to allow internal works to commence in March.
Externally works are continuing with the drainage and attenuation tank. All drainage is to be completed by mid-February to allow for kerbing and surfacing works to commence from the end of February. This will see Kilmac complete all works in their Phase 1 visit, with a Phase 2 return scheduled for May 2022 to commence external paving works around the building.
