New Contract Award - Dundee City Council: Baffin Street Steps

Client: Dundee City Council

Commencement Date: February 2022             

Kilmac are delighted to have been awarded the contract by Dundee City Council to carry out improvement works to Baffin Street Steps in Dundee. The contract is part of the LOT 1 Civils Framework.

Due to the logistics of the site, diversion plans will be in place to ensure public safety.

Works will commence on site in February 2022 with Kilmac undertaking the following:

• Removing vegetation
• Rake out mortar and re point walls
• Investigate cracked steps
• Re bed copes
• Strap the corner of retaining wall
