Kilmac Wins Pittenweem Groundworks Contract with Campion

Kilmac has been awarded the groundworks package for the upcoming residential housing project in Pittenweem, in partnership with Campion Homes. This contract marks an exciting opportunity for both parties to collaborate and contribute to the development of high-quality residential properties in the area.

Project Overview

The project involves the construction of residential housing units complete with private gardens, soft landscaping areas, and access/development infrastructure. Kilmac will be responsible for undertaking various groundworks activities essential to the successful completion of the project.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

• Construction of roads to provide access to the residential properties
• Provision of parking facilities for residents and visitors
• Installation of footpaths to ensure safe pedestrian access within the development
• Earthworks package; installation of building foundations; installation of building concrete floor slabs; installation of mainline drainage, plot drainage and 300m3 attenuation tank.

The works are scheduled to commence in March 2024, with Kilmac mobilising resources and commencing activities as per the agreed timeline.
