Following successful recent contract completions with BAM, Kilmac are delighted to be offered the opportunity to continue their relationship BAM after successfully winning the groundwork’s package for the new recreation centre in Blairgowrie.
Replacement Recreation Centre for Blairgowrie High School and the surrounding community. The building will comprise of a six-lane competition swimming pool and associated wet changing facilities, games hall, sports hall, dance studio, fitness suite and educational classroom with associated ancillary space. As part of the development there will be an all weather 4G hockey pitch with associated landscaping, bus and car parking.
Kilmac has a proven track record in this area, having delivered various schools with BAM in recent years both on schedule and on budget.

Works are due to commence in May 2023 with a completion date set for February 2025.
