Kilmac Secures Boston Road Project with Muir

Kilmac is pleased to announce the award of the groundworks package for a new three-storey steel frame office and logistics centre at Boston Road for Muir Construction.

The development will deliver a modern logistics facility incorporating enhanced storage capacity for the client alongside a dedicated staff training centre, supporting operational growth and workforce development.

Scope of Works

Kilmac’s package includes:

• Site preparation works
• Bulk earthworks operations including cut and fill, formation preparation and testing
• Installation of reinforced concrete pad foundations and trenchfill strip foundations
• Backfilling to foundations
• Underbuild drainage installation including foul and surface water systems
• Attenuation tank installation
• Kerbing works
• Hard landscaping sub-bases including road and parking bay build-ups
