New Contract Award - Ogilvie Greenmarket

Kilmac are delighted to have been awarded the Groundworks package for the new Office Development in Dundee in partnership with Ogilvie Construction. The new office will be at Greenmarket in the heart of the city centre, close to the waterfront as part of the £1bn regeneration development.

Kilmac works to be undertaken include:

• Bulk Earthworks comprising cut/fill operation
• Imported stone platforms
• Building substructure incorporating Reinforced Concrete
• Foundation and Retaining Structures
• Waterproofing
• Ground Floor Slab
• Drainage and Attenuation, within tidal affected water table conditions.
