Key date hit at JHI, Dundee with the first pour of the floor slab which is being self delivered by Kilmac.
There are 2No floor slabs covering 4000m2 to be cast here which include various recess’s, level changes and service pits / trenches. Kilmac are controlling all grading, DPM installation, mesh install, formwork and concrete installation to these slabs.
The first slab pour seen over 100m3 of concrete installed in 1 day which was then worked to a polished finish by our in house team of concrete finishers. The slab has been delivered with zero defects and all joints have since been cut in with works now progressing onto the next proposed pour for later in June.
