Cillian’s Journey from CECA Academy to Kilmac Apprentice

At Kilmac, we are passionate about developing the next generation of skilled professionals in the construction industry. One of our recent success stories is Cillian, who joined us after graduating from the CECA Academy, a 16-week groundworks programme designed to provide young people with hands-on experience and industry knowledge.

From Training to Employment

Cillian demonstrated outstanding commitment and determination throughout the academy, standing out as a dedicated individual eager to learn. Recognising his potential, Kilmac was delighted to offer him a position as an Apprentice Groundworker upon completion of the programme.

Since joining, Cillian has embraced every opportunity to expand his skills, gaining valuable experience in groundwork operations, drainage, grading, ducting, and concrete works. His ability to adapt and learn quickly has been truly commendable.
