Scope of Works

Kilmac’s scope of works include earthworks, foundations, floor slab, sub terrain biomass structure drainage, retaining walls, attenuation systems, roads, carparks,  MUGA pitch, soft and hard landscaping.

Project Highlights

  • Traffic management was key to this project, to ensure that deliveries were strictly managed to avoid conflict with school traffic, both vehicle and pedestrian in this residential area.  Kilmac devised a traffic management and delivery control system to meet these requirements.
  • Kilmac were required to cross the playground to store excavated material in a permanent landscape bund. Kilmac had to devise a system that allowed them to do this but also allowed pupils to access their playground area on a daily basis.  To do this Kilmac built a road with a  concrete crossing point.  This concrete crossing point could be secured and cleaned ready at every break to allow the pupils safe access to their playground.
