A Safe Environment.
Health and safety is at the heart of all Kilmac operations. We demand the highest safety and environmental standards from our employees, sub-contractors and our supply chain. This is achieved through our comprehensive HSE Management Systems and the continual improvement of our working practices. Our management systems are externally accredited by the UKAS accredited certification body NQA.
Training & Qualifications.
We use a wide range of approved training organisations to carry out all the training requirements for our site staff and to ensure everyone has the specific certification necessary for their role. We strive to ensure that 100% of our workforce are certified to CSCS standards within the first month.
Additionally, our entire workforce are trained in manual handling and vehicle marshalling. All employees undergo Toolbox Talks at least once a week, and our Site Supervisors are First Aid trained and SSSTS certified. All our Site Managers are SMSTS certified. Additionally, many of our operatives have certifications in many other specialist areas.
