Contract Award: Riverside HWRC Environmental Improvements

We are pleased to confirm that Kilmac has been awarded the Riverside HWRC – Environmental Improvements contract for Dundee City Council.

The works will include:

• Site clearance and all general enabling works
• Construction of new skip bays and retaining wall
• Creation of new hard and soft landscaping areas
• Installation of new fencing
• Full traffic and pedestrian management throughout the works

This project will significantly improve the functionality, safety and appearance of the Riverside Household Waste Recycling Centre, creating a better environment for staff, visitors and the wider community.

We are proud to be continuing our strong working relationship with Dundee City Council, delivering repeat work.

The project will place a strong focus on local labour and local supply chain, supporting jobs, skills and spend within the area.

We look forward to working closely with DCC and project partners to deliver a sustainable outcome for Riverside HWRC and the people who use it.
