Kilmac Appointed to Deliver Alloa Wellbeing Hub Groundworks

Kilmac is proud to announce our appointment as the groundworks and civil engineering contractor for the Alloa Wellbeing Hub – a flagship project awarded by Robertson Construction Central East, on behalf of Clackmannanshire Council.

This transformational facility will be home to the new Lochies School, designed to support learners with complex needs, alongside a state-of-the-art leisure centre featuring gymnasiums, games halls, and three swimming pools – all aimed at enhancing the health and wellbeing of the wider Clackmannanshire community.

Kilmac’s package of works includes:

• Enabling works and large-scale earth moving
• Surface and foul water drainage systems, including attenuation and deep drainage
• Foundation pile caps, ground beams, lift pits, and floor slabs
• Rebar, formwork, and concrete works for pool walls, floors, and decks
• Hard landscaping and external furniture installation
• Service tracking works
