Kilmac are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Campion Homes to undertake the Groundworks at the above project.
The project is a new building housing development providing 74nr housing units over two sites with associated external works and services. The development will be on the former sites of Longhaugh Primary and St. Lukes & St Matthew’s schools.
New access junctions will be formed off Fintry Terrace and Longhaugh Road to serve the combined development, with the new roads and pavements designed and constructed to adoptable standards.
This is the first project that Kilmac have been awarded by Campion Homes and we look forward to starting the works in the New Year.
Works are due to commence on site in January with Kilmac undertaking the following:
· Cut and fill to site
· Building foundations
· Preparation works and pouring floor slabs
· Main service tracks and duct installation
· Main drainage installation
· Formation of access roads and parking
· Preparation of soft landscaped areas
