Kilmac is delighted to announce our latest contract award with Campion Homes for a new residential development in Balcurvie, Fife.
The development will feature a range of high-quality homes, including properties of up to seven bedrooms, designed by Davidson Baxter Partnership. In line with local authority requirements, 10% of the homes will be affordable housing, delivered in partnership with Glen Housing Association.
Kilmac’s scope of works includes:
• Earthworks
• Main line drainage
• Attenuation tank installation
• Kerb logs
• Surfacing
• Plot works
Works are due to commence in late October, and we are looking forward to working closely with Campion Homes and all project partners to deliver another successful development in Fife.
